Customizing your watch is easy:
Simply choose the style you love, select your preferred watch color, bezel, and strap, and then upload your own photo or design for the dial. We’ll take care of the rest—turning your ideas into a truly one-of-a-kind timepiece.
From the time you place your order, please allow approximately 5–6 weeks in total:
* Processing Time: 1–3 days to confirm and process your customization.
* Production Time: Approximately 4 weeks to craft your custom watch with care.
* Shipping Time: Once completed, your order will be delivered within 8–14 days.
Because each custom watch is made-to-order, we can only accept changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production will have started, and changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.
Since each watch is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect customization provided by the customer.
However, if your watch arrives with a quality issue or defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.
