Order Protection Service
ATOMI SHINE offers an optional Order Protection Service for 3% of your order total.
If purchased, this service provides a 28-day no-reason return window, starting from the date your order is marked “Delivered” according to the carrier’s tracking information.
Once a return request is approved under Order Protection, we will provide a return label or arrange pickup (where available). After the returned item is received and inspected in eligible condition, a refund will be processed according to the terms below.
Eligible Countries & Regions
Order Protection Service is available only for orders shipped to the following countries and regions:
United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Belgium, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Brazil, Israel, Netherlands, Poland, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Chile, Ukraine, Mexico.
Due to limitations in Shopify’s location detection, customers outside the eligible regions may still be able to purchase Order Protection at checkout.

If you are not located in an eligible country and were charged for Order Protection, please contact our customer service team and we will refund the Order Protection fee.

For orders shipped to non-eligible regions, Order Protection benefits cannot be provided, even if the fee was paid.
One-Time Use Per Order
Each order is eligible for one (1) Order Protection claim only.
If an order contains multiple items, Order Protection may be applied to one or more items within a single return request, but only one return label can be issued per order.

If you initially apply for a return label for only part of the items in your order and wish to change the quantity or add additional items, you must contact our customer service team before shipping the package.
We will cancel the original request and reissue a new return label reflecting the updated item list. -
If you ship additional items without contacting us first and include products not listed in the approved return request, those extra items will not be covered by Order Protection.
In such cases:

We will not provide compensation or refunds for the unapproved items, and
-
We will not be able to return the unapproved items to you.
Once the package has been shipped, the Order Protection claim is considered final and consumed, and no further changes or additional claims can be made for the same order.
Return Request & Shipping Deadline
After your Order Protection return request is approved, you will receive a return label or pickup instructions by email.

Return Label:
The package must be shipped and receive a carrier scan within 72 hours of receiving the return label email.
If the package is not shipped within this timeframe, Order Protection will be automatically canceled, and you will not be able to reapply for Order Protection on the same order. -
Pickup Service:
If a pickup is scheduled and no carrier pickup occurs within 48 hours, please contact our customer service team so we can assist in urging the pickup.
Return Condition Requirements
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and protective materials intact.
If the returned product shows signs of use, including but not limited to:

removal of protective films,
-
visible wear, scratches, stains, or odors,
-
any condition affecting resale,
ATOMI SHINE reserves the right to:

reject the refund, or
-
issue a partial refund of up to 50%, based on the condition of the returned item after inspection.
Engraving & Custom Product Disclaimer

Engraved Products
Engraving or text customization fees are considered processing and labor fees and are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if a return or refund is approved. -
Custom Dial Products
Watches with customized dials are treated as made-to-order products.
If a return is approved under Order Protection, a USD $150 custom dial processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Additional Notes

The Order Protection fee itself is non-refundable, except when the service was purchased by customers outside the eligible regions listed above.

Order Protection does not override ATOMI SHINE’s standard return, refund, or warranty policies.

Customers who do not purchase Order Protection must follow our standard return policy.
