We stand behind every ATOMI SHINE watch with a 1-Year Limited Warranty and dedicated after-sales support.
Warranty Coverage
Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use, including:
- Movement malfunction (stops, inconsistent timekeeping beyond normal tolerance)
- Crown/stem defects (cannot set time/date properly)
- Hands/indices detachment caused by manufacturing issues
- Dial printing defects noticed upon arrival
- Battery failure on arrival (for quartz models)
- Water-resistance failure only if used within rated conditions and no impact/unauthorized opening
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear & tear (scratches, plating wear, strap aging, minor lume fading)
- Accidental damage (drops, impacts, crushed cases, cracked crystals)
- Water damage due to misuse (hot shower/sauna, swimming beyond rating, crown not fully closed)
- Damage from unauthorized repairs/modifications or opening the caseback
- Consumables: straps, bracelets, clasp wear, battery replacement after initial use
- Issues caused by chemicals (perfume, solvents, cleaning agents)
- Lost or stolen items

Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue. For shipping-damage or wrong-item cases, report within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping & Fees
- Warranty service covers repair/replacement for confirmed manufacturing defects.
- Shipping costs (sending and return) may apply depending on your location and service option.
- If the issue is not covered (e.g., accidental damage), we can offer a paid repair quote before any work is done.
Quick Troubleshooting
Before contacting us, you can try:
- Ensure the crown is fully pushed in / screwed down
- For automatic watches: wind the crown 20–30 turns and wear for a full day
- Check if magnets may affect accuracy (avoid speakers/phone magnets)
- For quartz: if the seconds hand jumps every 2–4 seconds, battery may be low
- If the issue remains, contact us with a short video.
