Order Processing

ATOMI SHINE follows an environmentally conscious on-demand production model to reduce unnecessary waste.

Depending on the product type, orders are typically shipped within 2–35 days after the order is placed.

Processing Time by Product Type

• FAST DELIVERY Products
  Products labeled with FAST DELIVERY are in-stock items and are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.

• PRE-ORDER DISCOUNT Products
  Products labeled with PRE-ORDER DISCOUNT are pre-sale or made-to-order items.
  These products require an estimated production time of approximately 30 days before shipment.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard Shipping

• Free Shipping: Orders over USD $150 qualify for free standard shipping
  (availability may vary by region).

• Shipping Fee: Orders under USD $150 incur a flat rate of USD $10.

Express Shipping

• Free Shipping: Orders over USD $500 qualify for free express shipping.

• Shipping Fee: Orders under USD $500 incur a flat rate of USD $25.

DHL Dedicated Shipping

• Shipping Fee: USD $49

• DHL Dedicated Shipping is available to most countries worldwide.

If a customer selects DHL shipping but the destination address is not serviceable by DHL, we will:

• Refund the DHL shipping fee in full, and

• Automatically switch the shipment to Standard Shipping at no additional cost.

DHL Delivery Time

Once the package is collected by DHL, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

⚠️ Pre-Order Reminder
For PRE-ORDER DISCOUNT or made-to-order products, production time is not included in DHL delivery time.
DHL delivery time begins only after the package has been shipped.

Shipping Speed Disclaimer

Selecting Express Shipping or DHL Dedicated Shipping does not accelerate the production or preparation of products.

Expedited shipping options only affect the delivery speed after shipment, not the manufacturing or processing timeline.

Customers are advised to confirm whether a product is in stock or pre-order before selecting faster shipping methods.

Delivery Time & Tracking

Delivery time varies depending on destination and shipping method.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
Please monitor the tracking updates provided by the carrier.

Delivery Issues & Claims

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you experience any delivery issues (including missing packages, incorrect delivery, or visible damage), please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date shown in the tracking system.

If no notification is received within 3 days, the order will be considered successfully delivered, and we may be unable to process related claims or requests.

To ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery, orders shipped to certain countries or regions may require additional recipient information.

Custom Duties

1) Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid.

2) ATOMI SHINE cannot provide any advice or information about a country's tax rates and tariffs, as they may vary.

3) All customs duties, taxes, and other fees must be paid by customers in accordance with local customs policies.

4) Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you've ordered from us arrive in your country. Jewelries are a commonly taxed item, so we'd strongly recommend you check.
