ATOMI SHINE – Warranty, Return Policy & Order Protection
ATOMI SHINE provides a 60-day return or exchange policy and a two-year product warranty.

60-Day Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange unused items in original condition within 60 days of delivery.
60-Day Return Conditions

Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 60 days from the date the order is received.

Products must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition.

Items showing wear, scratches, damage, breakage, or alteration are not eligible and may be discarded.

ATOMI SHINE is not responsible for lost or damaged return items that do not arrive at our warehouse.

ATOMI SHINE provides exchanges or reshipments for packages lost in transit.

Refunds will not be issued for transit-lost packages.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Please contact support@atomishine.com to obtain a return authorization form. -
For exchanges involving a change in item or size, the price difference will be recalculated.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Only one return is allowed per order.

A 20% operational fee (based on order value) will be deducted from all eligible returns.

Customs clearance costs during the return process must be paid by the customer.

No returns are allowed once the item has been shipped until it has reached its destination.
Custom & Personalized Items Policy
Custom-made, engraved, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds, as they are specially produced according to customer specifications.
Production & Final Confirmation
For all custom orders, ATOMI SHINE will first complete the production of the customized item.
Before the product is shipped, we will send a Final Effect Confirmation Email containing the completed design or product photos.
Customers must review and respond within 48 hours.
Confirmation Rules

If the customer does not respond within 48 hours, the final effect will be considered approved, and the order will be shipped automatically.

If the customer is not satisfied with the finished effect, adjustments may be requested before shipment.

Adjustment or rework typically requires 15–30 days, depending on the scope of modification.
Return & Refund Restrictions
Because custom products are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production is completed.
If the customer insists on canceling or requesting a refund after production has been completed, the following deductions will apply:

A non-refundable customization fee of $150, and
-
A 20% operational service fee, calculated on the total order amount.
These fees cover design labor, production resources, material consumption, and operational handling already dedicated to the custom item.
Address Information Responsibility
To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping information.
If a package cannot be delivered, is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unresponsive delivery address, ATOMI SHINE is not responsible and will not issue refunds or replacements.
If you discover an address error before shipment, please contact us immediately so we can assist in updating the information.
ATOMI SHINE does not cover or reimburse any return shipping or reshipping fees except in the cases below:

Incorrect item received
Customer must notify us within 60 days of receiving the order. -
Damaged or defective item
Customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos/videos.
One-Year Warranty Policy
ATOMI SHINE offers a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use.
Warranty Repair Options

Repair by ATOMI SHINE
Customers may mail the product to us for professional repair.
After repair, the item will be returned to the customer. -
Self-Repair with Parts Provided
For minor issues, we can mail the necessary components so customers can repair the item themselves.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees (both ways) for warranty repair or replacement parts are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty starts from the date the package is delivered to the customer.
How to Return
Please contact our service team before sending any item back.
After your return is approved, carefully pack the item in its original packaging, together with receipts, and any required documentation.
Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label.
Our support team will provide the appropriate return address upon approval.
Return Processing Time
It typically takes 2–3 weeks to receive and process your return from the date you ship it.
Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Refunds are issued to your bank account within 2–10 business days, depending on the bank.

Order Protection Service (Summary)
We offer an optional Order Protection Service for 3% of your order total, providing a 28-day no-reason return window from the delivery date.
This service is available only in selected countries, is limited to one-time use per order, and requires returned items to be unused and in resalable condition.
Engraving fees are non-refundable, and custom dial products are subject to additional processing fees if returned.
