Custom Order Notice

This is a custom-made product and cannot be returned or refunded once production is completed.
We will send you a Final Effect Confirmation Email after the item is finished and before shipment.
Please reply within 48 hours. If no reply is received, we will assume approval and ship the order.
If adjustments are needed, production will require an additional 15–30 days.
If you insist on canceling after production is completed, a $100 customization fee + 20% operational fee will be deducted.
