Our product delivery process includes two stages: order preparation and shipping.

• Order Preparation Time

In Stock: Items housed in our facilities typically ship within 2 business days from the purchase date. Engraved pieces, which require personalization, generally ship within 3 business days.

Made To Order: Crafted specially for you, these items require 15-30 days for processing after ordering.

Preorder: Items available for purchase but not yet in stock will be queued for shipment upon availability. Which usually takes 30-50 days.

Note: Express Shipping does not expedite the order preparation process.

• Shipping Time

We ship globally with Standard (7-15 days) and Express (5-9 days) shipping options.
